Hi! Dance has been my life since I was three years old. I'm talking about a lifetime of experience as a student, performer, choreographer, and administrator. So if you want a challenging, yet feel-good modern, ballet, or jazz class, or to know how to build a young dancer, I'm your gal! And if you're looking for witty tales about the ups and downs of a dancer's life, or an account of the joy and angst of 21st century parenting as a Black woman and an artist—look no further. Oh, and did I mention that I have a knack for helping young dancers figure out college?  I'm a dance guru and college counselor all rolled into one!

Keesha was one of the most important teachers I ever had!  She is so motivating to her students—my love for dance grew in her classes. She not only taught me the details and fine tuning you need as a technical dancer, but she taught me how to really explore rhythm and find the artistic play in my movements. These are tools that helped prepare me for the career I have today. I know I carry in my professional work her wisdom.
